| Steve Floyd Steve joined Business Insurers in 2004 after 28 years of work on the company side. Steve held positions as underwriter, supervisor, marketing and field underwriting for several North Carolina regional carriers. Steve has completed many insurance courses over the years. This along with his company experience allows him to have unique understanding of company appetites, which enables him to place businesses with the best companies available in the market. Steve lives in Elon with his wife, and has three married children and two grandchildren. |
| David Pearsall Graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 1993. After working for 2 years in Resort Management in Lake Tahoe, CA & Sun Valley, ID, began insurance career with Business Insurers of the Carolinas in 1995 in customer service and obtained NC P&L Insurance License. Graduated from Commercial Union Insurance Companies Commercial Lines School for Agents in May 1996 and began working in Sales & Marketing for the Agency. In 2002 obtained both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation and the Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA) Designation. In 2005 became Vice President and Co-Owner of Business Insurers of the Carolinas, currently involved in all aspects of the Agency including Customer Service, Management, and Sales & Marketing. |
| Jarred Chappell Jarred Chappell was born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC. He is a 2000 graduate of UNC Wilmington with a degree in Business Management and he now lives in Durham, NC with his wife. Jarred has been working with Business Insurers of the Carolinas for 3 years and in the insurance business for a total of 6 years. He has recently earned the prestigious Certified WorkComp Advisor designation, conferred by the Institute of WorkComp Professionals. |
